Witnessing the increasing market demand on high quality providers in the Iraqi market post 2003 shaped the first idea of commencing ITIJAH AL NAJAH (The owner of ALWaleed Apartments). The management of ITIJAH AL NAJAH took the first step to meet the market requirement by establishing the milestones for an Iraqi high quality provider.

During the following years, ITIJAH AL NAJAH team studied the market by analysing and understanding its needs, setting up the main components of a successful organisation, placing the ultimate goal of being one of the leading service providers, ITIJAH AL NAJAH began offering services in Iraq, and was among the first contractors providing services to the international security forces and other organizations in the area.

Within a short period of performance the company augmented its service portfolio from few support services to whole range of construction services, facility management and consultancy services, water treatment, fuel supply and distribution. In fact, after few years ITIJAH AL NAJAH was providing everything and anything needed to support missions in areas with limited or no infrastructure at all. Providing the full range of services with self-performance did not only enable the clients to better focus on their core mission and facilitate their administration by dealing with a single contractor, but also increased the cost efficiency by using economies of scale in the supply chain and related resources.

Offering our customers solutions and expertise through a wide array of comprehensive services at competitive prices, was not the only objective that Mr. Hassan set forth for ITIJAH AL NAJAH – performing at world-class quality has been a paramount in any project no matter the challenges of remote sites. To this extent, ITIJAH AL NAJAH is proud to be a young company but continues to pursue its ambitious growth vision and make significant contributions to the development of the service industry.

In January 2023 ITIJAH AL NAJAH Launched it's first project of it's kind in Baghdad, (ALWALEED Apartments) offering unique, calm, and stylish spaces.
